Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@snagplace.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without prior approval—they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately once the return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
